  • Community
    The distinct advantage of co-working is the community built by pooling infrastructure resources. Members have a professional office space to work from, at a fraction of the cost of going out on your own. You will be working amongst other like-minded individuals, and be able to bounce-ideas, collaborate and meet new people.
     
  • The Building
    This unique building has had a long history of uses. We have renovated it to marry the comforts of the 21st century with the aesthetics of the original structure. Radiant heated floors and high speed internet ensures the comfort of a modern day office. Book a tour to get to know the building.
     
  • Hot Desk Stations
    Available on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a variety of Hot Desk stations on the ground and second floor to choose from. Take a look at the floor plan for more info.
     
  • Kitchenette
    A kitchen with microwave, bar fridge, cutlery, cups and plates for your use. Unlimited coffee. Need we say more?
  • Sample and Technical Resource Library
    Fold stocks the latest information and samples in the architectural and interior design fields. Flooring, tiles, cladding, lighting. The list goes on. Our Technical Resource Library will have all the info you need to get that wall assembly right (CMHC Wood Frame Construction and the OBC just to name a few goodies!). Looking for something in particular? Put in a request and we can get it for you.
     
  • Casual Meeting Space
    Our airy second floor has soft seating - perfect for catching up with a colleague or taking a break from your desk.
     
  • Meeting Area
    For those big client meetings - comfortably seats up to 10. If the Meeting Area is not booked, its open for our members to use — spread out your drawings on the large table for a change in scenery. Book it now!
     
  • The Furniture
    You won't want to go home! Work all day in your Nienkamper Klint Chairs while the Anglepoise Task Light light up your drawings. Take a break in Bensen Uturn chairs. Impress clients by meeting at the Tense Table while seated in Hay chairs. All furnishings have been selected with durability and design in mind. This is your office.
  • Laser Printer
    Ricoh MP C3003 large format, colour / black and white printer, scanner and copier. Prints up to 11"x17". Standard charges apply.
     
  • Mail Receiving
    Professional mailing address is available for all Monthly Hot Desk and Dedicated Desk members.
     
  • More Exposure
    All members can be featured on our website. Get more exposure to help your business grow.
     
  • Security
    A 24 hour alarm security system ensures you and your valuables will be safe here.
     
  • Cleaning
    Leave the dirty work to us. Regular professional cleaning will keep your workspace looking ship shape.
     
  • The Internet
    No office would be complete without a high-speed and reliable internet connection. WiFi is available throughout, and Dedicated Desk members have the option to plug into a hardline.
